Suggested apparel for your session is a T-shirt, tank top, leotard, bike shorts, or leggings. You may be bare foot in the studio, however toe socks are recommended for Pilates & BarreAmped. 

*Private sessions are 50 minutes in length for Pilates and one hour for BarreAmped and Yoga and are by appointment only.
**Must be used within 90 days from date of purchase.
‡ Group classes are 50 minutes in length for Pilates and one hour in length for BarreAmped & Yoga. 

Missed classes are non-refundable without 24 hour notice. A full 24 hour cancellation notice is requested to avoid being charged for private or duet sessions.
